SWAG Coop is a registered Domestic nonprofit corporation incorporated in the State of Georgia in 2010 by West End farmers and community members, as a Cooperative Marketing Organization.  SWAG Coop has worked to raise awareness and access to the wealth of resources available within the community that support health and increase food access.
